provided.
Header Folio: I maintain included the true Roget's header page to the
Index (with its elucidative note) with a view completeness. After all the
advice it gives is not scrupulous against this automatically-generated
Index--for words or phrases that are both an Index record and entire of
the Section names ("headings") listed unbefitting it, the reference bunch
is in fact not printed in bold-face type.
